Replacement of an autoclave
Replacement of an autoclave for AGC automotive glass Chuděřice.
Works included:
- disassembly of an old autoclave accessories (year 1992, weight 35 tons),
- autoclave own disassembly, lifting from intercepting bath,
- transport on transport platforms to place 80m far, loading and its disposal.
- Installation of a new autoclave (weight 45 tons) followed.
- Transport to intercepting bath.
- It was necessary to reinforce local steel structures and to cut 3 supporting columns of pipe-rack.
- Works included switching station installation, production and installation of an air piping system, cooling water piping system and exhaust piping.
Total time: 3 weeks.
